Lead Technical Consultant

Perficient, Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Lead Technical Consultant. Job Title: Lead Technical Consultant Job Location: 555 Maryville University Drive, Ste. 500, St. Louis, MO 63141 (see below note regarding relocation, telecommuting, and travel) Job Duties: Lead the development of customized software, APIs, microservices architecture, and integration services using various programming languages. Deploy, monitor, analyze, and visualize system metrics and dashboards. Review and prepare detailed proofs-of-concept from which complex programs will be written or configured. Lead and contribute to sprint planning, grooming, daily scrums, retrospectives, and sprint demonstrations. Coordinate with offshore developers as the technical lead and SME for functional requirements. This position has no direct reports and does not supervise any employees. Minimum Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or a similar field of study. · 48 months of experience as a Technical Consultant, Software Developer, Programmer Analyst, or any related IT occupation(s). · Must have experience with each of the following: Java, SQL Server, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Jira, RESTful API, and Apigee API. · Position is project-based on short- and long-term assignments at various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S., and relocation may be required at the end of each project. Depending on project requirements, telecommuting within the U.S. may be permitted. Domestic travel to client sites may be required up to 20% of the time. ** ** Alternative Requirements: · Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or a similar field of study. · 24 months of experience as a Technical Consultant, Software Developer, Programmer Analyst, or any related IT occupation(s). · Must have experience with each of the following: Java, SQL Server, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Jira, RESTful API, and Apigee API. · Position is project-based on short- and long-term assignments at various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S., and relocation may be required at the end of each project. Domestic travel to client sites may be required up to 20% of the time. ? **Additional Information: ** • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The salary range for this position is $146,474 to $160,000 per year.
