  • Intake & Procurement Lifecycle Management: Steer end-to-end third-party onboarding, contract renewal lifecycles, and statements of work (SOWs) in alignment with Citi's established third-party processes, reducing cycle times and eliminating cross-departmental handoff friction.

  • Vendor Performance & SLA Governance: Oversee day-to-day vendor service delivery, establish performance scorecards, track operational SLAs/KPIs, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and partner review cadences.

  • Operational Issue Escalation & Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve operational delivery escalations, service disruptions, and contract performance bottlenecks with third-party providers.

  • Executive Briefings & Business Reporting: Provide senior leadership with operational transparency on third-party spend utilization, platform milestones, vendor performance metrics, and audit-ready operational documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in business management, third-party relationship management, vendor operations, technology operations, or strategic sourcing within financial services or complex corporate environments.

  • Third-Party & Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of third-party operational lifecycles, Business Activity Owner (BAO) responsibilities, enterprise procurement processes, and vendor SLA management.

  • Stakeholder & Partner Management: Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives across business teams, enterprise sourcing/procurement, technology, and external C-level vendor leadership.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Acumen: Strong capability to filter, prioritize, and validate complex operational information, resolve partner bottlenecks, and present data-driven recommendations.

  • Communication & Diplomacy: Superior written and verbal communication, diplomacy, and negotiation skills required to lead cross-business working groups and executive briefings.
