Full job description
Provide bilingual (Japanese-English) instruction and care to infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in an early childhood education setting. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with early learning standards. Conduct child observations and developmental assessments to support individualized learning and classroom planning. Manage behavior, daily routines, and transitions. Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, and language development in a bilingual learning environment. Communicate with families regarding childrens progress and daily activities, and assist with daycare program operations.Job Requirements: * Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related * Ability to read, write, and speak in Japanese
