Healthcare Project Manager (Remote in Seattle, WA)

Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to support the implementation of clinical and facility-related initiatives across a large healthcare system. Following a recent organizational restructuring, this team has shifted away from capital planning and strategic portfolio development and is now focused on roadmap execution, project delivery, and implementation management.

This individual will partner closely with clinicians, clinical operations teams, construction managers, facilities leaders, and IT engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects involving medical devices, facility upgrades, and operational improvements within acute care environments. The ideal candidate has experience managing healthcare projects from initiation through implementation, understands the complexities of hospital operations, and can effectively coordinate stakeholders across clinical, operational, and technical teams.

Skills and Requirements

 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.  Experience managing projects within a healthcare environment.  Strong understanding of acute care or hospital operations.  Experience working directly with clinicians, nursing leadership, or clinical operations teams.  Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.  Strong project planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.  Experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft-based project management tools.  Program management experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects.  Experience supporting medical device implementations, facility projects, or healthcare construction initiatives.  Familiarity with capital-funded healthcare projects.  Experience working across geographically dispersed healthcare facilities, including regional implementation efforts.  PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
