  • Communicate technology strategies, recommendations, and trade-offs effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related discipline within a complex B2B technology or software organization.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing an enterprise marketing technology roadmap across multiple functions, geographies, or business units.
  • Strong expertise with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, reporting, integration, and content management technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo is required.
  • Strong understanding of data management, system integrations, governance practices, and privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Experience leading vendor evaluations, proof-of-concept initiatives, technology selection processes, and build-versus-buy analyses.
  • Experience leveraging generative AI and agentic AI technologies within business processes and marketing workflows.
  • Proven success leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing enterprise-scale marketing technology ecosystems within a global software, SaaS, or technology company.
