What You'll Do
-
Perform inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs according to Porsche and Lithia & Driveway standards.

Efficiently diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance-related concerns.

Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment, factory service information, and technical resources to identify and resolve vehicle issues.

Conduct road tests and quality control checks to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Accurately document repair procedures, findings, and recommendations on repair orders.

Collaborate with service advisors and team members to provide a seamless customer experience.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

Stay current with Porsche training, technical bulletins, and emerging vehicle technologies.

Participate in manufacturer certification programs and ongoing professional development.
What You'll Bring

2+ years of automotive technician experience required

Strong diagnostic and repair skills across electrical, engine, drivability, suspension, and brake systems

European or luxury brand experience preferred (Audi/VW experience
-
ASE certifications and manufacturer training highly valued
-
Proven track record of quality workmanship, productivity, and customer satisfaction
-
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Total Rewards
This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. The incentives include Commission(s) off, Bonuses based on Production, and Bonuses based on Productivity. The Flat Rate Range for this position is $24- $39. The Guarantee Hourly is based on experience level and is between $18.92- $30.40.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
