Job Opening: Assistant Manager at Anytime Fitness Location: Morgan Hill, CA Type: Part-Time, Tuesdays and weekends Compensation: $22/hour Lead with Purpose. Grow with Heart. What You’ll Do * Keep the club clean, organized, and ready for members * Perform daily cleaning tasks * Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to new leads and members * Follow up with prospects who have requested information about joining * Give tours and help guests choose the right membership * Process new memberships, upgrades, and basic account changes * Respond to member questions in person, by phone, and by text/email * Assist with simple daily operations and checklists What We’re Looking For We hire for heart and hustle.
