Job Description
Meadows Insurance Agency is looking for a licensed Insurance Producer to join our Paducah office. You'll build your own book of business in the Paducah and Western Kentucky market — selling personal lines, commercial lines, and life insurance to local families and businesses — and get paid a salary plus commission for what you produce.
What you'll do: Prospect for and sell personal lines, commercial lines, and life insurance to new clients in the Paducah area; quote, present, and bind policies for individuals and businesses; work renewals, cross-sell additional lines to existing clients, and ask for referrals; follow up on leads and build a local referral network; maintain accurate client records and follow up on service needs with the office team.
What you need: Active Kentucky Property & Casualty insurance license (required); Active Kentucky Life insurance license (required) — this role sells life insurance as well; some P&C sales or agency experience; a track record of showing up, following up, and closing; strong people skills; comfort working in-office in Paducah as part of a local team.
