Production Mixer (3rd shift)

Production/Packaging Associate A local company in Spartanburg, South Carolina is looking for production/packaging associates to join their team. The Production / Packaging Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by packaging finished products, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with material movement throughout the facility. This role may also require sit-down forklift operation to transport raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods as needed. Job Responsibilities: - Package, label, and inspect baked food products to ensure quality and accuracy - Operate on a fast-paced production or packaging lin - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with food safety standards - Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output goals - Safely operate sit-down forklift to move pallets, materials, and finished products as required - Load and unload materials from staging or warehouse areas - Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, and OSHA guidelines - Assist in other departments such as sanitation or production support as needed Qualifications: - Previous manufacturing, food production, or warehouse experience preferred - Sit-down forklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to be certified) - Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality - Reliable attendance and positive team attitude Compensation and Benefits: - For this position, the starting pay is $18/hour - 3rd shift - 10:30 pm to 6:30 am - All employees must train on days for up to 3 weeks. - Contract to Hire position By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Landrum and its affiliates and contracted partners.
