Standard Job Description
Calibrates electronic test measuring equipment and signal generating equipment to conform to set standards. Tests, calibrates, adjusts, and maintains electromechanical, mechanical, optical, pneumatic, hydro mechanical, and pressure-type measuring and indicating instruments. Sets up calibration sequences, methods and procedures according to detailed specifications, blueprints, drawings, and requirements. Disassembles, cleans, repairs, and replaces defective parts of test equipment such as pressure gauges and tension meters. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Basic Qualifications

High School diploma, or equivalent with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/para-engineering tasks.

Experience calibrating / adjusting electronic or physical / dimensional test and measurement equipment.

Able to periodically lift & carry in excess of 50 lbs.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

US citizenship required to have access to site location.
Desired Skills
-
Military PMEL / TMDE training.

3+ years experience calibrating / adjusting electronic or physical / dimensional test and measurement equipment.

Experience using various automation platforms (MetCal, Lab-view, Compass).
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $41900.00 - $77700.00

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
