Full job description

We're looking for a creative, highly organized Field & Events Marketing Manager to bring Ravenna's brand to life through standout events and experiences that build awareness, drive pipeline, and accelerate growth. You'll own our events program end to end, from major industry conferences to intimate executive dinners, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to create memorable experiences and meaningful business opportunities. You'll also help build and strengthen strategic partner relationships through co-marketing initiatives that expand our reach and create new opportunities for growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup, loves the details, and knows how to turn creative ideas into exceptional experiences.

Events & Field Marketing

  • Own Ravenna's event strategy, calendar, and budget, prioritizing opportunities that build brand awareness and drive pipeline.

  • Plan and execute major industry conferences (think Oktane, JNUC, Gartner), managing sponsorships, booth design, speaker opportunities, vendors, logistics, and on-site execution.

  • Lead Ravenna's signature events, including supper clubs, executive dinners, happy hours, and curated experiences in key markets.

  • Partner with Sales to develop targeted field programs that engage priority accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and accelerate deals.

  • Bring creative ideas to life through standout booth experiences, activations, and branded swag that make Ravenna impossible to miss.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, timelines, and event logistics while keeping programs on budget.

  • Support partner and customer webinars as part of the broader events program.

Event Campaigns & Pipeline Generation

  • Partner with Demand Generation and Sales on pre-event campaigns, targeted outreach, and meeting generation.

  • Build attendee and account lists, manage invitations and registration, and coordinate event communications.

  • Oversee lead capture and collaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales on lead routing, follow-up, and nurture.

  • Develop post-event strategies that turn engagement into qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline.

  • Track event performance, including attendance, meetings, pipeline impact, and ROI, while building repeatable processes to improve results.

Partner Co-Marketing

  • Collaborate with leadership and strategic partners to execute joint marketing initiatives that expand Ravenna's reach and drive pipeline.

  • Coordinate partner events, webinars, conference activations, and co-branded campaigns.

  • Work with internal teams and partners on messaging, creative assets, promotion, and execution.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage partner and investor relationships for events, speaking opportunities, and brand visibility.

  • Help measure engagement and pipeline impact from partner marketing activities.

Content & Marketing Support

  • Coordinate event-related content and collateral, including presentations, signage, one-pagers, and promotional materials.

  • Organize event photography, video, customer interviews, and other content capture opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to repurpose event content into social posts, customer stories, and recap videos.

  • Share insights from event conversations to help inform messaging, campaigns, and GTM strategy.

  • Manage event inventory, swag, and branded materials.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or related B2B marketing roles, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.

  • Experience owning events end to end, from planning and budgeting to execution and measurement.

  • Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • A creative eye for branding, event experiences, and memorable marketing moments.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with Sales, Marketing, vendors, and partners.

  • Comfortable managing budgets, tracking performance, and measuring event impact.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and excited to roll up your sleeves in a fast-moving startup.

  • Willingness to travel for conferences and company events.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing IT, security, identity, or AI technology.

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing and enterprise sales cycles.

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.

  • Experience supporting partner co-marketing programs.
