Job Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Business Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team within Application Production Services Engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analytics, executive reporting, and visualization and a proven ability to quantify organizational effectiveness, optimize processes, and communicate insights to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
Collect, normalize, and analyze key metrics across Engineering organizations to measure effectiveness.
Develop and publish executive-ready dashboards and reports for senior management.
Evolve reporting from current-state views to optimization insights and recommendations.
Craft clear data-driven narratives that articulate organizational value to the Senior Leadership Team and CIO partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Salesforce Tableau for visualization.
Hands-on skills with Python or data modeling languages for dataset normalization and automation.
Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for metrics sourcing and workflow insights.
Strong critical thinking and the ability to communicate across organizational levels.
2+ years in data analytics or MBA/Master's equivalency.
Preferred Skills:
Experience leading cross-functional alignment to produce a single executive narrative.
Ability to adopt new processes and technologies in evolving business environments.
