Full job description

CI Analyst I

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS

Possess strong working knowledge of all department groups, including Warehousing, Distribution, and Transportation

Troubleshoot/Problem Solve and escalate if there are issues with NextView or Labor Management reporting.

Able to make quick changes in NextView (Ex. Reconcile activities).

Through data make sure NextView and Oracle are corresponding to each other.

Excellent communication skills with HR, Temp services, CI, and operations.

Communicate with operations all changes and adjustments made in reporting.

Monitors LM reports and PowerBi reports to maintain accurate records for Pay for Performance Incentive Pay.

Produce and maintain reports such as Weekly TM performance, DC Efficiency and Utilization, and other KPIs which support DC performance health.

Ability to use effective interpersonal skills to interact and communicate throughout all levels.

Train new operational leaders in NV and LM.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Degree preferred

Minimum 2 years of related experience in Distribution and Warehouse operations

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Experience with WMS

Flexibility to work all shifts

Must be an initiative-taker and able to prioritize to successfully complete tasks, both short and long-term

Interact well with customers, internal and external

Must have the ability to multitask and be detail-oriented

Requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

PC literate, experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Ability to apply basic calculations as related to quantities of product picked
