  • Coordinate with construction, design, commissioning, procurement, operations, and contractor teams to resolve quality issues and confirm installed work conforms to approved drawings, specifications, and Microsoft quality standards.

  • Promote a “Right First Time” culture that prevents defects and rework rather than relying on downstream correction.

What's in it for me?

  • Opportunity to represent owner-side quality authority on large-scale, mission-critical data center construction.

  • Influence quality from initial construction through commissioning and turnover, not just downstream inspection.

  • Ownership of contractor QMS governance, audits, ITPs, NCRs, quality metrics, and systemic corrective actions.

  • Exposure across construction, design, engineering, commissioning, procurement, and operations functions throughout data center delivery.

  • Chance to build and reinforce a Right First Time culture focused on preventing rework, delays, and operational risk.
