What would make you stand out? Required:

• 5+ years full-time SWE experience
• Strong individual contributor skills, especially in React/Typescript
• Ability and willingness to work in-person in Lehi, UT

Preferred:

• 6-8 years of full stack experience at early-stage startups (ideally owning a product / feature 0→1)
• Stats and data engineering background
• Strong side projects
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science
• Positive attitude, love for building, and always learning

What is your interview process?

• We review your materials (application, resume, past projects, GitHub).
• We do a 20-minute intro call over Zoom to make sure we’re on the same page.
• We do a 60 minute systems design session talking through one of our current roadmap projects.
• We give you a short take home (1-2 hours) to build something related to our design discussion.
• We do an on-site in-person to meet the team and talk through what you built.
• We give you a decision within a week.

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
