Devereux is seeking an Information IT Specialist to serve as an advanced technical resource handling complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues that exceed the scope of the IT Technician, while also assisting with Tier 1 support activities as operational needs require.

$25-29 per hour based on experience and education
The Information IT Specialist will perform advanced troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and installation of software and hardware across desktop, laptop, networking, telecommunications, data, video, and voice systems. Contributes to and executes IT projects, system implementations, and specialized technical work in areas such as networking, endpoint management, telecommunications, audiovisual technologies, and identity and access management. Provides technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to IT Technicians while serving as a key escalation resource for complex technical issues. Works in partnership with the IT Lead to support center operations, technology initiatives, and service delivery while providing advanced technical expertise across assigned locations.

Qualifications
EDUCATION:
A specific degree or formal education is not required for this role. However, IT-related certifications and degrees are considered a plus and may strengthen a candidate’s application.
EXPERIENCE:
Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience delivering exceptional customer service and technical support in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 role.
Strong oral and written communication skills, along with a solid troubleshooting background, are essential.
Candidates should be highly adaptable, able to shift focus quickly, and capable of making independent, timely, and accurate decisions.
