Full job description
The Role Adaption works on some of the hardest problems in AI: models that keep learning, intelligence that companies own, and systems that make frontier performance efficient. Our stories need to be as rigorous as the research behind them. As our Product and Content Marketer, you’ll turn complex technical work into socials, case studies, blog posts that builders, researchers and enterprise leaders want to read, trust and share. You’re a writer first. You can sit with a research scientist, understand the result, and come back with the launch blog, the positioning and the one line that makes it click. You’ll set the standard for how Adaption sounds everywhere.
Responsibilities
-
Drive Full Launch Ownership: Own the entire lifecycle of our major product and research launches, from technical positioning and architectural teardowns to landing pages, documentation walkthroughs, and distribution metrics.
-
Translate research into mainstream communication: Turn research papers, training runs, and benchmark evaluations into highly readable launch blogs and technical explainers. You collaborate across teams to get to the essence of why this matters.
-
Translate Science into Commercial Impact: Develop high-leverage positioning, battlecards, technical one-pagers, and sales enablement collateral for our core product suite (Adaptive Data, Adaptive Intelligence, Adaptive Interfaces).
-
Drive Real-Time Engagement & Community: Monitor AI discourse, jump into relevant discussions with substantive technical context, and position Adaption at the center of critical conversations around continual learning and adaptive systems.
-
Launch Campaigns Across Channels: Coordinate multi-platform release strategies for every product update (Adaptive Data, Adaptive Intelligence, Adaptive Interfaces), aligning social hooks with long-form blogs, docs, and developer announcements.
-
Platform Analytics & Iteration: Continuously track reach, engagement, follower quality, and downstream traffic to test formats aggressively, cut what fails, and double down on what resonates.
Qualifications We do not care where you went to school, what titles you previously held, or whether you check every conventional box. We assess candidates on demonstrable output and cultural alignment with our core values.
-
Proven Execution & Impact (Impact Over Effort): A track record of writing and shipping high-impact technical content, launch narratives, or socials. Demonstrated experience growing and running high-engagement social channels (especially X/Twitter and LinkedIn) within AI/ML, developer tools, or open-source ecosystems. You have a good instinct for marketing materials that will resonate, and have shown impact on socials in short form. You measure success by reach, adoption, and shift in perception, not hours logged.
-
Platform-Native Writing & Media Versatility: Exceptional editorial instincts tailored to platform context. You know how to write a 10-part technical breakdown on X without fluff, structure a credible founder post on LinkedIn, and storyboard a 60-second product demo for video. Proven ability to turn complex technical results into positioning that lands with both developers and enterprise buyers.
-
Direct Ownership & Fast Execution: You move with urgency. When a model drops or an industry debate flares up, you synthesize the technical angle and get content live while it's still relevant. An ability and desire to operate in one of the fastest moving companies in the world.
-
Relevant Experience: 4+ years in product marketing, technical content or developer marketing, including at least 2 years in AI, ML or developer tools. You’ve worked close enough to technical teams to know how research becomes a product, and how a product becomes a story.
-
A Portfolio That Speaks for Itself: You’ve built and grown strategic social accounts, establishing communication strategy and caring about the day-to-day.

Our vision is AI systems that are flexible, personalized, and accessible to everyone. We believe efficiency is what makes this possible - it's how we expand access and ensure innovation benefits the many, not the few. We're looking for builders and creative thinkers ready to shape the next era of intelligence.
