Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 2050 Ashley Oaks Cir City: Wesley Chapel State: Florida Postal Code: 33544 Job Description:

  • Greets patients to complete check-in/out process.
  • Obtains demographic and financial information for scheduling/registration process.
  • Collects payments for co-pays, self-pay, and additional balances.
  • Answers Five 9 calls in a timely manner and completes queue call backs.
  • Assists with completing prior-authorizations for in-office and hospital procedures.
  • Assists with WQ's and On Base. Performs additional administrative duties as needed.
  • Provides great customer service to all patients, staff, and vendors within the organization. Other duties as assigned.

  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare [Required]
  • 3+ years' experience in healthcare registration and insurance process [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$16.14 - $25.83 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)

Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
