Description

We are looking for a Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts in St Paul, Minnesota. This role focuses on identifying candidates with relevant experience, guiding them through the screening and interview process, and helping build strong pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs. The ideal candidate brings a service-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage prospective candidates through a variety of channels, including networking, referrals, databases, and direct outreach.

  • Conduct initial candidate evaluations to assess experience, background, and overall fit for open and future positions.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain clear communication with applicants and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.

  • Promote career opportunities effectively to attract talent and strengthen interest in the organization.

  • Maintain accurate recruiting records, candidate data, and activity updates using standard computer applications and internal systems.

  • Support hiring activities by applying established recruiting practices, employment policies, and procedural guidelines.

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to support successful hiring outcomes.

  • Contribute to workforce planning efforts by helping identify talent needs and supporting broader staffing strategies.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in human resources or an equivalent combination of education and relevant training.

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with transferable skills applicable to recruitment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across a range of audiences.

  • Working knowledge of hiring practices, recruitment processes, and employment-related policies and procedures.

  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other common computer-based tools or databases.

  • Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Familiarity with personnel selection, training concepts, and general business or operational planning principles. TalentMatch®
