Position Description
The Payroll Tax Associate supports payroll tax compliance and reporting by preparing federal, state, and local tax filings, maintaining payroll tax records, and ensuring accurate tax withholdings and payments. This role analyzes payroll data, reconciles payroll-related accounts, generates recurring and ad hoc reports, and supports payroll review and reporting activities. The associate also assists with year-end processing, including W-2 and tax reporting, while serving as a key resource for payroll tax administration and compliance.</p>\n
Training
Requirements
Bachelor\u2019s degree; Accounting, Finance or Tax major preferred; Excellent analytical skills and attention to details; Self-motivated with an ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines; Effective written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge of MS Office; Ability to work within a team and keep information confidential</p>\n
