DaVita has an open position for a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple SNF Dialysis units within a designated market or geographical region. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree; Bachelor`s degree preferred
• Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and directly managing frontline teams; managed care and multi-site experience preferred
• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
• Experience with managing staffing, budget/PnL, growth, stakeholder relationships.
