The starting salary is $56,784. The annualized salary range for this position is $56,784 to $73,476 (each based on a 37-1/2-hour work week); the range is based on the number of years of service with the agency. About Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority We have been providing services to some of the most vulnerable members of the Lenawee County community for over 40 years. Our agency provides or manages a full array of services to adults and children with mental health issues, emotional disturbances, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to create a path to resilience, recovery, wellness, and self-determination. We feel a responsibility to identify needs and work with our community partners to identify solutions. Our priorities are to offer a welcoming environment, integrated care, community benefit, community inclusion, innovation, and improvement. Working for us, you will find an organization that is dedicated to the well-being of the people we serve as well as our community. A career with us is challenging and rewarding. We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to diversity in our workforce. In addition to rewarding work, our employees enjoy competitive pay, excellent benefits, good work-life balance, and a positive work culture. You monitor the progress that providers are making toward outcomes and facilitate the development of transition strategies.
