Stellenbeschreibung
For our Frankfurt team, we are looking for a Digital Support Specialist (m/f/d) - someone who enjoys helping our agent network get the most out of our digital systems, approaches technical problems with a solution-oriented mindset, and helps us improve our processes over time. In this role you are the interface between our real estate agents, HQ colleagues and external partners. You make sure our digital tools work reliably day to day, answer technical questions, and spot opportunities to improve systems and workflows. Main responsibilities:
- First point of contact for agents and HQ colleagues on technical questions about our digital tools and systems
- Managing user accounts and access rights across our core systems
- Handling support requests and following tickets through to resolution, coordinating with the relevant internal and external contacts
- Monitoring the functionality and data quality of our CRM, and managing the publication of property listings on relevant portals
- Testing new features, updates and system changes, and channelling user feedback back to the responsible teams
- Identifying manual or inefficient processes and helping to optimise them
- Maintaining our FAQs and writing short how-to guides and tutorials for our users
Qualifikationen
What you bring:
- Strong technical knowledge and genuine interest in digital systems
- Great affinity with Microsoft 365 environment
- Practical experience in support, service, operations or a similarly process-driven role (e.g. through a working student position, apprenticeship or previous employment)
- Confident handling of common business tools; experience with CRM systems or ticketing tools is an advantage
- A structured, independent working style and a solution-oriented mindset
- Clear, patient communication with non-technical users
- German at C1 level or above, very good command of English (French is definitely a plus)
