Position Summary: The Hydroblasting Technician is responsible for the safe and proper execution of the company's jobs across all service lines. Job Requirements: - High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience. - Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential experience gained on other jobs. - Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations. - Valid driver's license and other requirements of company's driving policy required when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle on company business. - Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers. - May have to provide federal Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC). Physical Requirements: See, read, distinguish and understand signs in the work area. (100%) Hear and distinguish emergency signals while on duty. (100%) Execute a 180-degree rotary motion of the cervical spine to allow complete movement of the head and neck. (100%) Must be able to extend arms above head. (34%-66%) Frequently bend at waist, stoop, squat, kneel, reach and crawl. (1%-33%) Must be able to hold and operate with both hands a double trigger hydroblast shotgun and other hydroblast equipment.
