Full job description
Assists the Instructional Designer with day-to-day operational aspects of initiatives within OnRamps, an innovative dual enrollment program at The University of Texas at Austin, pursuing excellence in all aspects of project and customer-service delivery. Works alongside subject matter experts to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content for OnRamps online courses.Performs data entry, management, and reporting in OnRamps learning management system, and other research- and business-management platforms.Creates supporting media (including audio, video, and games) for OnRamps online courses.In collaboration with OnRamps program staff, engages in continuous improvement processes toward achievement of program objectives and staff leadership principlesAttends and contributes to project meetings: write minutes, capture, and report action items.Maintains project documentation in line with OnRamps Project Management Methodology.Performs various administrative tasks, including copying, filing, and transcription.Conducts instructional research and analysis to aid in continuous improvement cycles.
