Responsibilities

Creates, coordinates and executes business development plans as well as provides feedback on physician and community needs. Coordinates system-wide marketing activities for assigned service line(s). Responsibilities include collaborating with service line leaders to promote hospital initiatives and comprehensive services. Responsible for developing and growing effective relationships between the hospital and all its departments and programs with physicians and the community. This position also coordinates operational activities as defined below.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Healthcare Management or other related field.

  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Healthcare.

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.

  • Strong knowledge in MS Office; working knowledge of IT and marketing software (CRM)

  • Ability to think strategically and analytically.

  • Knowledge of market research and data analysis.

  • Outstanding organizational abilities and aptitude in problem solving.

Work Hours: 8AM-5PM Weekend Requirements: No On-Call Requirements: No
