Responsibilities

This position coordinates business and operational activities between multiple service areas of Surgical Services. Responsibilities include operational improvements in surgery, project management, staffing/FTE management, administrative and fiscal oversight of assigned department(s) and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • S. Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related field.

  • Two (2) years’ experience in healthcare, project management, operations improvement, industrial engineering, consulting or leadership.

  • Must possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

PREFERRED

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related field.

  • Four (4) years’ experience in healthcare, project management, operations improvement, industrial engineering, consulting or leadership.

  • Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certification.

Work Hours: 8AM-4:30PM Weekend Requirements: No On-Call Requirements: No
