SUPERVISOR, PRODUCTION OPERATIONS - WEEKDAY NIGHT SHIFT - VulcanForms (Devens, MA) VulcanForms - founded in 2015 to develop the world?s first industrially scalable laser metal additive manufacturing solution. We build and operate advanced digital infrastructure combining scalable additive manufacturing and precision machining in a clean, safety-focused facility. About the Role: Oversee daily operations, productivity, and staff for an assigned production area on the Weekday Night Shift. Drive workforce development, process timing, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement to achieve manufacturing targets. This is a 12-hour, hourly-exempt/salaried or salaried role (as posted) on-site in Devens, MA. Shift hours: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM ? Monday through Wednesday and alternating Thursdays. Key Responsibilities: - Directly supervise, train, coach, and develop manufacturing staff in assigned areas - Lead daily standups to review goals, needs, and action plans - Prepare daily production reports against planned targets and monitor KPIs - Ensure personnel have required materials, tools, and documentation for each shift - Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to implement solutions - Forecast production needs and develop implementation plans - Enforce OSHA standards, corrective actions, and site safety procedures - Lead 7S and Lean initiatives to improve throughput and operational excellence Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience with at least 2 years supervising/managing manufacturing staff - Experience in high-volume manufacturing and working across multiple product industries with rigorous quality standards - Self-motivated, hands-on, practical mindset with strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office, EPICOR (ERP), Outlook, and production reporting tools Compensation: - Annual base salary range: $78,500 to $101,000 *This role includes a 10% pay differential on any applicable shift not included in standard base-pay shifts.
