This highly skilled specialist independently prioritizes, plans, and executes complex space domain awareness (SDA) analysis, sharing critical data and presenting findings to senior leadership while coordinating across organizations to develop innovative technical solutions. The incumbent must possess deep operational knowledge of sensor limitations and tasking procedures for Near-Earth and Deep-Space trajectories, alongside a thorough understanding of USAF, USSF, Department of War (DoW), and national-level space doctrine and policies. Serving in a Testing Designated Position (TDP) subject to random drug testing, the candidate must communicate effectively and respectfully, manage sensitive and classified information, and demonstrate the flexibility to travel via military or commercial aircraft and work overtime as mission needs dictate. Finally, this role requires the absolute ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility and active access to required Special Access Programs (SAP) portfolios, contingent upon signing a non-disclosure agreement. Key Skills and Abilities: Expert knowledge of operations research, analysis, and their application to space sensor data. Ability to perform precision orbit determination updates to include manual differential corrections and other complex statistical estimation techniques. Skill to perform a higher degree of space analysis of objects and SDA data sharing; research, analyze, interpret, and present data and support analysis to leadership. Ability to independently set priorities, plan, coordinate, and organize work to identify problems and develop innovative solutions; coordinate with other organizations; monitor progress and evaluate outcomes. Operational knowledge of tasking procedures and sensor limitations for Near-Earth and Deep-Space orbits/trajectories. Knowledge and understanding of agency, USAF, USSF, Department of War (DoW), and national-level doctrine, regulations, policies, guidelines, requirements, and initiatives related to assigned program(s) and/or project(s).
