Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Newark, DE
Pay Rate: $35.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Opportunity
Our client, Bloom Energy, is seeking an experienced and motivated Data Analyst to join their team in Newark, Delaware. This position is ideal for a professional with strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel and SQL skills, and the ability to deliver accurate, time-sensitive results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can effectively collaborate across departments while supporting business operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities

Manage and oversee outside processing of refurbished components and real-time material transactions.

Produce accurate and timely results in a high-paced work environment.

Generate and maintain pivot tables, pivot charts, and other analytical reporting tools.

Create and distribute reports to support operational and business needs.

Analyze data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Develop automated methods to track and report outsourced processing metrics for business and financial reviews.

Identify process and system gaps and create business requirements documentation for system enhancements and automation efforts.

Partner with IT teams to implement automated solutions and process improvements.

Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, pivot tables, and pivot charts.

Strong SQL experience and the ability to work with large datasets.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to present complex information clearly to internal stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
