Program Coordinator

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Support the Director in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of all IT training programs. Coordinate all logistical aspects of training, including scheduling, securing training spaces/virtual platforms, and managing required equipment and supplies. Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date program documentation, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure the program operates in full compliance with all organizational policies, grant requirements, and relevant standards for vocational training. The Program Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and daily operation of the VETS Group Training Academy's IT certification and workforce development programs. This position ensures smooth program delivery, excellent student services, accurate recordkeeping, and effective communication between instructors, students, partners, and administrative leadership. The Program Coordinator helps maintain compliance with state, federal, and VA requirements, supports recruitment and enrollment activities, and contributes to the overall success of the Academy's mission to train Veterans, underserved populations, and the broader community for high-demand careers in Information Technology. The Program Coordinator will also engage with employers to promote VETS Group programs and form collaborations that lead to employment opportunities for VETS Group students. This is a full-time or part-time position with a salary range of $25 to $32 per hour. Health benefits are not included. Many of the duties required for this position can be done remotely.
