Join our best-in-class team today through the following opportunity: Job Functions / Responsibilities * Coordinates daily cycle count activities and investigates inventory discrepancies and bin maintenance errors. * Prepares daily reports on inventory accuracy, SAP material movements, and related errors. * Routes, completes, and files inventory adjustment records. * Analyzes inventory records to identify root causes and support continuous improvement in material handling and inventory movement processes. * Partners with the warehouse manager to review and resolve inventory issues. * Maintains strong organization and time management to manage priorities effectively. * Clearly defines issues and drives them to timely resolution. * Analyzes and manipulates data for reporting and identification of inventory concerns. * Develops and updates spreadsheets using multiple data sources. Skills / Competencies * Experience with Cycle Counts desired. * Strong Analytical, Root Analysis and Problem solving Skills required. * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a working knowledge of advanced systems and basic database relationships. * Experience with SAP or other MRP / ERP system a plus. * Computer literacy is required with a familiarity with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Qualifications * All Skills / Competencies listed above. * Candidate will lead by example and have a proven record of excellence in attendance, dependability and safety. * Candidate should be a team player and have a positive impact on a team environment. * Candidate must be self motivated, well organized, flexible and able to handle the pressure of a high-volume operation. * Qualified candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years manufacturing and/or distribution experience. * Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience preferred. * Demonstrated understanding SIx Sigma concepts and techniques and continuous improvement activities preferred. * Demonstrated understanding of root cause and corrective action tools/methods.
