Project Coordinator
Crane, TX | Full-time, on-site$55,000–$65,000 per year + full benefits
OverviewSupport apprenticeship programs on active renewable energy construction sites. You'll help apprentices get started and advance in their careers while making sure employers meet program and compliance requirements.
What You'll Do

Onboard apprentices, run progress reviews, and help applicants complete required forms

Collect payroll, compliance, RFE, and prior-experience documentation from contractors

Gather job competency feedback from site supervisors

Schedule training sessions, confirm rooms and laptops are ready, and communicate expectations to site supervision

Complete weekly site surveys in Fast Fields and keep required legal postings visible on site

Train employers on program requirements and connect contractors with compliance teams

Attend weekly POD meetings and track apprentice-to-journeyman ratios

Resolve employer and apprentice concerns, escalating to project managers as needed
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
-
Available to work on-site daily in Crane, TX

Able to travel to Houston for two weeks of initial training

Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and reporting skills

Experience in HR, safety, training, construction, or project management preferred
