Run the daily production schedule against committed ship dates and flag at-risk orders early. Control work in process and set station priorities across printing, depowdering, blasting, vapor smoothing, finishing, and pack-out. Supervise, train, and cross-train production technicians so no critical step depends on one person. Own the Airtable production tracking system and complete the parts that are unfinished. Confirm the final ship check and documentation completeness before any order leaves the building. Report on-time delivery weekly from real data, with a stated root cause on every miss. Own safety, 5S, PPE and SDS discipline, and audit-ready facility standards. Own machine condition and preventive maintenance scheduling.
