Full job description

A World-Changing Company

Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.

The Role Palantir is looking for a Talent Programs & Events Strategist to shape how we engage prospective talent through distinctive, well-designed events, programs and initiatives. You’ll develop an overarching strategy across all product teams, connecting industry events and early talent programming to Palantir’s broader goals.

This role goes beyond planning event organization and execution. You’ll build a year-round approach to keeping Palantir top of mind with students, early-career talent, and industry communities—and create experiences that bring people closer to our work in ways that feels different from traditional recruiting events.

You’ll partner across product teams and talent to set priorities, build alignment, and turn ideas into programs that impact hiring. The role calls for strategic judgment, strong organization, creative thinking, and the ability to make progress through ambiguity and competing perspectives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive a program & events strategy across Palantir’s product teams, connecting industry and early talent programming to company priorities
  • Create distinctive event concepts and programs that reflect Palantir’s work and stand apart from conventional events and programs
  • Lead programs from initial concept through planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and follow-up
  • Establish clear plans, owners, and measures of success across a complex portfolio of programs, events and initiatives
  • Evaluate program outcomes, understand what worked and why, and apply those lessons to improve or scale future programming

What We Value

  • You bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous, fast-moving work, turning broad goals into practical strategies and plans
  • You look beyond familiar event formats and find creative ways to connect people with Palantir’s work
  • You build trust and alignment with stakeholders who may have different priorities
  • You utilize data and reporting to inform the best path forward
  • You take ownership of complex work end to end, adapt as circumstances change, and bring others along
  • You’re proactive and resourceful: you spot what needs to happen, act without waiting for perfect conditions, and learn from what you try

What We Require

  • 2+ years of experience with creative talent and hiring program planning, execution and management in a fast paced, tech-forward environment
  • Experience must include utilizing data-driven approaches to lead all aspects of programs
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results on global recruiting programs and translating insights into action
  • Stellar communication and organizational skills
