  • Serve as the primary liaison between Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to resolve complex production scheduling and material planning issues.

  • Monitor production performance metrics, identify trends and root causes, and recommend process improvements.

  • Maintain ownership of production control processes and ensure alignment between operational execution and business objectives.

  • Utilize ERP and business intelligence tools to analyze operational data and provide recommendations to management regarding production schedules and inventory strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production control, or materials management

  • Hands-on experience executing transactions in an ERP/MRP system

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing order lifecycle and inventory transactions (issue, backflush, completion, adjustments)

  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reconciliation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-mix, low-volume or regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace/defense)

  • Familiarity with WIP tracking and BOM structures

  • Experience supporting audits or working in controlled inventory environments

  • Experience using Deltek Costpoint

  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI
