Major/Essential Functions:

Direct visitors and guests to appropriate parking areas to ensure efficient traffic flow and compliance with parking guidelines.

Monitor and control access to designated interior areas by verifying parking permits and authorized passes.

Provide professional and courteous customer service by greeting visitors and assisting with parking and directional inquiries.

Issue parking passes and permits to approved individuals in accordance with departmental procedures.

Maintain awareness of traffic conditions and report any concerns or unusual situations to supervisors.

Promote a positive visitor experience through friendly, helpful, and professional interactions with campus guests and employees.
