Job Duties

Beacon Hill Financial: Staff Accountant Opportunity (Contract Long Term)- Pay up to $33/HR-

Hybrid Schedule- 2-days in office (Flexible on days in office)

This is a 7-month contract for a Staff Accountant, in the Minneapolis area, with potential to extend and offers a collaborative environment where someone who enjoys learning, taking initiative, and improving processes can really make an impact.

What you'll be doing:

Manage AP/AR transactions and reconciliations

Support payroll processing and payroll journal entries
Assist with month-end and year-end close
Prepare journal entries, account analysis, and reporting
Research and resolve discrepancies
Help identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for:

Accounting/Finance degree

Hands-on AP/AR and accounting experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Confident, proactive, and naturally takes initiative
