This position can be located in our CGI offices in Cary, NC; Plano, TX; or Burlington, MA.

Coordinate release planning and implementation readiness across applications, platforms, and teams.

Facilitate planning sessions, delivery reviews, and working meetings that help teams make decisions and move work forward.

Monitor project health, milestones, and delivery metrics; communicate progress and emerging concerns clearly.

Use delivery data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve predictability, quality, and team effectiveness.

Build productive relationships and influence progress across a matrixed organization.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

6–9 years of experience in IT project management, technology delivery, or a related role.

Experience leading technology initiatives involving multiple engineering and cross-functional teams.

Ability to follow technical discussions and translate dependencies, constraints, and risks into clear delivery plans.

Strong communication, facilitation, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with changing priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.

Preferred qualifications
