About Figure

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: FIGR; OPEN: FGRS) is the leading blockchain-native capital marketplace for the origination, funding, sale and trading of tokenized assets. More than 480 partners use its loan origination system and capital marketplace. Collectively, Figure and its partners have originated over $30 billion of loans to date, among other products. The fastest growing components are Figure Connect, its credit marketplace, and Democratized Prime, Figure’s on-chain lend-borrow marketplace. Figure’s ecosystem also includes DART (Digital Asset Registry Technology) for asset custody and lien perfection, and $YLDS, a yield-bearing stablecoin registered with the SEC as a security under the Securities Act of 1933.

Figure is the market leader in real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. The company has received triple-A ratings from S&P and Moody’s on multiple loan securitizations, the first of its kind for blockchain finance.

We’re proud to be recognized as one of Forbes’ Top 50 Fintech Companies and CNBC’s World’s Top Fintech Companies.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Integrations and New Verticals to join our growing team! As Senior Product Manager, Integrations and New Verticals, you’ll own the third-party integrations that power Figure’s mortgage and lending products and drive the product roadmap for a set of emerging HELOC growth channels. Integrations run through every step of our HELOC funnel and loan origination system (LOS): property and public record data, collateral valuation, credit, income and identity verification, document generation and eSign, notarization, and recording. Each one shapes how quickly a borrower gets an offer, how confidently we underwrite, and how smoothly a loan officer or partner gets a loan to funding. You’ll own the full lifecycle of these integrations, from improving the vendors we have and onboarding new ones to holding vendors accountable to the quality and SLAs our borrowers and partners depend on. You’ll build the monitoring that makes integration health visible across the company and use funnel, conversion, and quality data to decide where the next investment goes. This is a hands-on role: you write the requirements, run the vendor calls, and stay close to the details. You’ll also own the core product roadmap for new HELOC growth channels like SMB brokers, select fintech partnerships, and home improvement and solar contractors, early, high-upside channels where the product and partner workflow are still being defined.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for all third-party integrations across Figure’s mortgage and lending products, including data integrations, integrations that feed credit and underwriting workflows, and the vendor services behind each stage of the HELOC funnel (property data, valuation, credit, income and identity verification, document generation, notarization, recording, and debt payoff)

  • Drive a prioritized roadmap of improvements to existing vendor integrations, measured by funnel conversion, borrower and loan officer engagement, underwriting quality, and LOS usability

  • Evaluate, select, and onboard new vendors that improve HELOC and LOS functionality or unlock new capabilities, from due diligence through contracting, build, QA, and launch, with Engineering, Credit, Compliance, Legal, and Operations

  • Navigate the trade-offs that make or break an integration, including data quality and coverage, latency, cost, security, compliance, redundancy, and cross-team dependencies

  • Build and maintain dashboards that monitor integration health and vendor performance against contracted quality and SLA commitments, surface issues early, and drive resolution

  • Hold vendors accountable when they breach SLAs or fall short of borrower and partner needs, and own escalations, remediation plans, and renewal and replacement decisions with Legal and Finance

  • Own the core product roadmap for emerging HELOC verticals and GTM channels (SMB brokers, select fintech partnerships, and home improvement and solar contractors), defining the partner workflow, product experience, and integration surface each needs to scale

  • Synthesize feedback from borrowers, loan officers, partners, Operations, and Support into clear priorities: what problem to solve, for whom, and why it matters

  • Drive feature development end to end: write requirements, partner with Engineering, GTM, Design, and other cross-functional stakeholders, launch, analyze results, and iterate

What We Look For

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager

  • Fintech, lending, or mortgage experience (preferred)

  • Experience shipping and owning third-party integrations, such as vendor APIs, data providers, embedded partner services, or platform integrations

  • Strong understanding of APIs, data contracts, and failure modes, enough to hold peer-level conversations with Engineering and vendor technical teams

  • Track record of managing vendor relationships with commercial rigor: evaluating options, negotiating scope and SLAs, measuring performance, and making renewal or replacement calls

  • Experience defining monitoring, KPIs, and SLA frameworks for operational systems, and using that data to drive prioritization and accountability

  • Active use of AI tools in your own work, with a point of view on how automation, insights, and agents should show up in integration and verification workflows

  • Proven ability to operate with speed and ownership in fast-moving environments, driving clarity and execution without heavy process

  • Energized by external-facing work with vendors and channel partners

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, with comfort evaluating trade-offs across cost, quality, speed, and compliance

  • Highly collaborative and low-ego, working seamlessly with Engineering, Design, Data, Credit, Compliance, Operations, GTM, and executive stakeholders to turn ideas into an end product

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and excitement about defining the product and partner model for new channels at the intersection of mortgage lending and fintech

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures

  • Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes

  • Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team

Salary

  • Base Compensation Range: $183,600 - $275,400/yr

  • 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly

  • Company equity in the form of RSUs

This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs. While most offers are generally made within the middle of the range, final compensation is determined based on the factors above.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and their dependents on select plans

  • Company HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, 401(k), and commuter benefits

  • Employer-paid life and disability insurance

  • 11 observed holidays and PTO plan

  • Up to 12 weeks of paid family leave

  • Continuing education reimbursement
