Overseeing daily operations. Ensure that the salon maintains cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Monitor inventory levels of nail, spa, and beauty products, and order supplies as needed. Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
