Description

HR Business Partner

We are looking for an adaptable Human Resources Business Partner to support technical teams through a long-term contract position. This opportunity is suited for an HR specialist who enjoys balancing hands-on operational delivery with broader business partner support in a global environment. The role plays a key part in keeping employee processes organized, accurate, and responsive across regions while partnering with leaders on core HR priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate essential employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and contract extension support for technical staff.

  • Administer global HR operations by tracking mobility-related activity and facilitating cross-border coordination with external partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate HR records by updating employee data, monitoring headcount information, and keeping organizational charts current across multiple regions.

  • Produce recurring and ad hoc HR reports that help leaders monitor workforce trends, staffing status, and operational metrics.

  • Review existing HR workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements that enhance consistency and execution across teams.

  • Support managers and HR leadership with talent review preparation, performance tracking, and follow-up on key people processes.

  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support in a fast-paced, globally connected environment with multiple time zones and competing priorities.

  • Contribute to special HR initiatives and project-based work as business needs evolve.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR operations, HR generalist work, or an entry-level HR business partner capacity.

  • Background supporting multinational or multi-region organizations with complex reporting relationships and internationally distributed teams.

  • Practical experience with employee relations, HR policy administration, performance management, and onboarding processes.

  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms and the ability to manage reporting, data updates, and record accuracy within HR systems.

  • Advanced Excel and data management skills, with the ability to organize information and generate meaningful operational insights.

  • Proven ability to work independently, respond well to ambiguity, and take initiative to resolve process gaps or administrative bottlenecks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the cultural awareness to work effectively across diverse teams and technical functions.
