Shift’s Available: Mid Shift
Employment Type:Per Diem (As needed)
Hours:12-hour shifts, 9:00am-9:00pm
Location:Harlingen Medical Center - Harlingen, Texas
Responsibilities
The EMT-Paramedic is responsible for the assessment and basic management of medical, trauma and environmental emergencies under the supervision of the staff nurse and / or physician. Assists with patient care based on individual patient needs within the scope of practice under the direct supervision of the ER Registered Nurse.
Qualifications
- Basic EMT-P RegistryRequired 2. E.R. experience preferred 3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain currentrequired. 4. CPI within 6 months of hire and maintain current annually. 5. ACLS certification upon hire and maintain currentrequired. 6. PALS certification upon hire and maintain currentrequired.
