We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Hygienic Piping Superintendent in Wilson/Cary, NC who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet.   • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree

  • At least 8 years of construction site experience

  • At least 8 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager

  • Experience Mechanical piping and Utility Piping

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Pharma experience

  • Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Proficient in use of software as Power Point, Excel, Word, Bluebeam, ACC

  • Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers

  • Attend constructability reviews

  • Lead client and construction meetings.

  • Safety leader (JHA’s revision / daily signed off permits)

  • Quality in construction

  • Turn over process including TOP’s, punch list and walkdowns with contractors and owners.

  • OSHA 30
