Job Description

Seeking an experienced RF Engineer to support the production and development of complex multi-function RF modules used in high-reliability aerospace and defense applications. This role combines hands-on RF testing, hardware troubleshooting, manufacturing support, and product development throughout the full product lifecycle.

The engineer will troubleshoot complex technical issues, resolve production and integration challenges, support operational products, and collaborate closely with hardware, systems, circuit design, and manufacturing teams.

Shift: Weekend Shift (3rd shift), Full-Time (Thursday - Sunday) 7:00am - 5:30pm

Required to start and train on first shift for 6 weeks before moving to third shift First Shift Training Hours: Day shift, Full-Time (M-TH) 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday

Skills and Requirements

Active Secret Clearance Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or STEM-related degree with 5+ years of relevant engineering experience Experience troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues in a manufacturing or production environment Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience Experience using RF/microwave test equipment Experience with microwave simulation tools Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently to identify and resolve technical issues Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and manufacturing teams Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline Defense electronics industry experience RF design experience Experience with RF subsystems and hardware including: Antennas Transmitters and receivers Microwave components Low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) High-power amplifiers (HPAs) Mixers and switches Frequency generation and conversion circuits Advanced electronic modules Experience with microelectronics assembly techniques Ability to read and create technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and test data Customer-facing experience and technical presentations Experience leading failure investigations and root cause analysis efforts Strong cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, industrial engineering, and production teams
