Description

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support key human resources functions and help drive employee engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities across employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Administer benefits and open enrollment support

  • Maintain HR compliance records

  • Coordinate recruiting and interview scheduling

  • Support training and performance processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR experience

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • HRIS proficiency
