Description: The Senior Solution Engineer is an experienced technology professional responsible for supporting, designing, configuring, integrating, and continuously improving technology solutions across the HR Technology ecosystem. This role provides hands-on technical expertise supporting both the ongoing operation of existing platforms and the development of new capabilities across Career Growth, Talent, Skills, Learning, and adjacent HR technology. Additionally, this resource will partner with the HR Technology team to assess the feasibility of LMS platforms from RFP phases to implementation and utilization. The Senior Solution Engineer partners closely with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, engineers, data teams, security partners, and external vendors to translate business and product needs into scalable technical solutions. The role supports existing technologies and integrations while also helping evaluate, prototype, and implement emerging capabilities involving APIs, automation, data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and agent-based experiences. The individual takes ownership of solutions end-to-end, from technical discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization. Required Qualifications: Solid understanding of enterprise platform architecture, system integrations, data flows, and how technology decisions impact end users. Experience translating high-level business or product requirements into functional and technical requirements. Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and integrated technology ecosystems. Experience troubleshooting complex technology issues across applications, integrations, data, and upstream and downstream systems. Ability to analyze and query data using SQL or comparable technologies. Experience working across functional and technical disciplines including business analysis, data analysis, testing, integration, architecture, and production support. Understanding of APIs, integration patterns, data exchange, and systems interoperability. Experience configuring or supporting enterprise technology platforms. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate issues, identify potential solutions, and make recommendations. Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Integration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. Relevant cloud, integration, Agile, HR technology, Microsoft, Oracle, data, or AI certifications are preferred.
