Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers, graders, rollers, and other construction machinery.

• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, site development, and material handling tasks.

• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.

• Follow project specifications and safety regulations on active job sites.

• Assist with site preparation, utility installation, and construction activities as needed.

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance or repair needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous heavy equipment operating experience required.

• Ability to read grade stakes, site plans, and construction layouts preferred.

• Knowledge of excavation, underground utilities, demolition, or site work is a plus.

• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Pay:

$25-$45+ per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Overtime and occasional weekends available

This is a Permanent position based out of Waukesha, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
