Full job description

$45/hour Part-time 5 openings Weekly hours: Approximately 10-20 hours Position Summary Mekks Home Health Care LLC is seeking qualified and compassionate nursing professionals to provide nursing services and support clients with healthcare needs in home and community settings. Responsibilities Provide nursing assessments and services within the authorized scope of practice. Monitor client health and report significant changes. Administer medications and perform nursing procedures when authorized. Develop and update nursing care plans as applicable. Educate clients and caregivers on relevant healthcare and safety practices. Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Follow applicable nursing standards, state regulations, and agency policies. Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license appropriate to the position. Maintain required professional licenses and credentials. Home health or community-based nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Meet applicable background screening and employment requirements.
