Full job description
Description We are looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to support a welcoming and organized visitor experience in Sunnyvale, California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting guests, providing clear direction, and helping retail operations run smoothly. The role combines customer-facing service with day-to-day coordination of store activity, including merchandise support and inventory awareness.
Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and customers with careful attention and respond to questions with helpful, accurate information.

Guide guests to appropriate areas, services, or store resources to ensure a smooth on-site experience.

Support daily retail operations by helping maintain an orderly, customer-ready sales environment.

Monitor merchandise levels and assist with stock organization to keep inventory accessible and well managed.

Contribute to sales support activities by assisting customers with purchases and product-related inquiries.

Coordinate with team members to address guest needs promptly and maintain consistent service standards. Requirements • Ability to deliver friendly, attentive service while interacting with a wide range of guests.

Comfortable providing directions, answering routine questions, and resolving basic customer concerns.

Interest in retail environments and willingness to support front-of-house store activities.

Basic understanding of inventory handling, stock organization, or merchandise replenishment.
